Asparagus & Halloumi Burger
5spears of Scotty Brand asparagus
2 slices of halloumi cheese
4 baby tomatoes
Mixed salad leaves

- Chop the ends of the asparagus (keeping the tips) and cook in boiling water for 5-7 minutes
- Cut the halloumi into 1cm slices and cook by frying or in a grill pan on both sides with the onion.
- Add the lettuce, onion, asparagus and halloumi onto the bread roll, adding a dollop of chutney and topped with baby tomatoes.
