3 large potatoes, grated
3 cups plain flour
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 can corn, drained
salt and pepper to taste

- Add potatoes, onion, corn and salt and pepper to the flour and mix until even.
- Add milk slowly until you have a thick batter-like consistency.
