Smoked Salmon Pâté
200g Scotty Brand Smoked Salmon
100g cream cheese
2 tbsp double cream or crème fraîche
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
2 tbsp chopped chives (capers, horseradish or fennel can be used instead)
Fresh dill to servePrint Recipe
- Blitz all the ingredients, except the chives or alternative, in a food processor. Stop when a pâté texture is formed and before the mixture becomes too fluid.
- Taste and season accordingly. If using capers, more lemon juice may need to be added to offset the saltiness.
- Serve with fresh dill on crackers, oatcakes, soda bread, breadsticks, or anything else you fancy!
