3 large Scotty Brand Baking Potatoes
Oil
Salt
Pepper
Fresh Rosemary
Wash and peel the Scotty Brand Potatoes.
Cut each edge off to square the potato.
Cut into thick slices and if they are more rectangular, cut in half to make smaller squares.
Cut thin, straight lines halfway through one side (be careful to not cut all the way).
Then flip over the potato and cut thin diagonal lines on the other side.
Place potatoes on a baking sheet.
Brush with oil, season and add fresh rosemary.
Bake for 25 mins or until golden.
Remove, let cool slightly and then you can pull them apart!
