Air Fryer Wedges

Ingredients

4 medium-sized Scotty Brand Potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish

METHOD

  1. Wash and scrub the Scotty Brand Potatoes, then cut them into wedges (about 1/2 inch thick).

  2. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss them well with the spice mixture to coat evenly.

  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.

  5. Once the air fryer is preheated, arrange the potato wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

  6. Cook the potato wedges for 15-20 minutes, flipping them halfway through cooking, until they are golden brown and crispy.

  7. Remove the potato wedges from the air fryer and transfer them to a serving dish.

  8. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley (optional) and serve hot.

  9. Enjoy!
