Cherry Cardamon

Ingredients

1 punnet pitted whole Scotty Brand cherries
1 stick cardamon
3 cardamon pods (lightly smashed)
80ml fresh orange juice
3/4 tbsp coconut yoghurt
A handful of granola

METHOD

  1. Add the Scotty Brand cherries, cardamon stick, cardamon pods and fresh orange juice together in an oven bowl and mix.

  2. Roast for 15 minutes until the juice turns pink and bubbles. Allow this to cool.

  3. In a bowl, add some yoghurt and spoon in your roasted Scotty Brand cherries.

  4. Finish off with a drizzle of the cherry juice and some crispy granola.
