Half a 200g punnet of Scotty Brand Scottish Cherries
1 tbsp chia seeds
400ml Oatly chocolate milk (you can use any chocolate milk)
150g whole rolled porridge oats
50g dark chocolate chopped into chunks
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
50g walnuts or hazelnuts
Handful of desiccated coconut or coconut shavings
Greek Yoghurt to serve
Heat the oven to 200 degrees.
Add the chia seeds to 3 tbsp of warm water.
Meanwhile pit the cherries and add them to a large bowl with the other ingredients, followed by the chia mix.
Tip into an oven proof dish and scatter some coconut on the top.
Bake for 25-30 mins until piping hot in the middle.
Serve warm with a dollop of Greek yoghurt and some cherry compote*.
