Chippy Chips with Irn Bru & Sweet Chilli Dip

Ingredients

1/2 Bag Scotty Brand Chippy Chips
1 can Irn Bru
2 Tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
2 Tbsp Cornflour

METHOD

  1. Pre-heat oven 230°C /Fan 210°C/Gas Mark 8 or air fryer.

  2. Place the Scotty Brand Chippy Chips onto a baking tray in the centre of the oven or evenly into your air fryer.

  3. Cook for 20-22 minutes, turning half way through cooking.

  4. Meanwhile, boil up the Irn Bru and the sweet chilli sauce in a small pan until quantity is reduced by half.

  5. Blend the cornflour with a tablespoon of water in a small bowl, add to the pan and cook the sauce until thickened.

  6. Once the chips have finished cooking, serve up as a dip or generously poured on top of the Chippy Chips
