20-24 Rashers Smoked Thin & Crispy Style Streaky Bacon
Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6.
Cut the bacon rashers in half.
Wrap a piece of bacon around each of the chippy chips to completely cover.
Place on a baking tray and cook for 18-20 mins until golden
Tip: For extra crisp bacon, finish under the grill.
