Haggis
Black Pudding
Grated Scottish Cheddar Cheese
Brown Chip Shop Sauce

Pre-heat oven 230°C /Fan 210°C/Gas Mark 8 or air fryer.
Place the Scotty Brand Chippy Chips onto a baking tray in the centre of the oven or evenly into your air fryer.
Cook for 20-22 minutes, turning half way through cooking.
While your chips are cooking, heat up the haggis and black pudding according to packaging instructions.
Once the chips are cooked, serve them up on a plate or serving dish and top with the warm crumbled Haggis and Black Pudding followed by grated Scottish cheddar cheese.
Place the dish under a preheated grill. When the cheese is melted and bubbling, remove from the grill (be careful, the dish will be hot).
Liberally apply the sauce of your choosing and enjoy!
