Fresh or dried chilli
Olive oil
Unwaxed lemon

Cook your peas for 2 minutes as per instructions, roughly half a cup per person.
Once cooked, mash your peas with a drizzle of olive oil, juice, and zest of half a lemon plus a sprinkle of salt.
Toast your bread.
Layer the peas on the toast, then top with crumbled feta, a squeeze of fresh lemon, and chilli.
