500g leftover Scotty Brand Strawberries
100g granulated sugar
250g plain yoghurt
50g fresh lemon juice
100g water
Slice and cook your leftover Scotty Brand Strawberries with the sugar and water until softened.
Let the strawberry mixture cool, then blend until smooth.
In a bowl, combine the strawberry puree with the plain yoghurt and fresh lemon juice.
Adjust the sweetness or tartness to taste by adding more sugar or lemon juice if desired.
Pour the mixture into ice lolly moulds and freeze for 4-6 hours or overnight.
Remove the ice lollies from the moulds and enjoy!
